He proved to be a skillful project manager, kept us informed at all times and dealt with any last minute changes and unforeseen issues promptly and efficiently.
Everyone from Jon’s team was polite and hardworking, especially Toby and Paul. They demolished and re-built our rear extension, created an open plan and fully refurbished the kitchen. All works were scheduled on time and progressed with no issues from building control. We would like to point out Jon’s exceptional skills especially when fitting our kitchen.
During the work we stayed in the property with our young child and we appreciate how the building work disturbance was kept to minimum, and the level of tidiness and cleanliness at the end of each day.

“ We posted the job on ‘My Builder’ and Jon at JTC Construction promptly responded.
After a couple of meetings we were happy with Jon and signed a contract.
Our work consisted of new kitchen, new roof/skylight, new boiler, new water mains pipe into the house and new radiators. We also wanted to install a downstairs toilet & basin, have a new floor, replace the banister Plus, knock through a wall for a doorway to connect the rooms.
Once the work began, Jon was good at keeping us informed. He helped us with the Kitchen layout and recommended Lemongrass Kitchens in Billericay for a bespoke design.
Jon and his team were hard working, arrived at 8am every day and always cleaned up after themselves. They paid attention to detail and worked tirelessly to make sure things were done properly. We found them all very friendly, often singing and joking throughout the day.
The end result is amazing. JTC Construction delivered everything we wanted and we are really pleased with our beautiful new kitchen and the rest of the house. It has completely updated & modernised our home and was worth every penny.

“ We hired JTC Construction in September 2021 to convert a garage into a gym/storage space and we are delighted with the works. The works involved cutting out new doorway, new internal wall and window, and installing flooring/mirrors.
